- For all returns please email us at email@example.com with the order number, name of product and customer name.
- Return postage is at the expense of the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt with Australia or 28 days if outside of Australia.
- We are not able to provide exchanges.
- Customers may choose from store credit or a full refund when we receive the item in its original condition. Store credit is valid for 1 year and will be given in your email address used to purchase the item
- Return items must meet the following conditions unless if it was faulty or damaged upon receipt:
- Item must be in original condition with all swing tags in place, unworn and unwashed
- Have no stains of any kind (make-up, fake tan or other stains)
- No smell of perfume, cosmetics, deodorant, washing detergent or other products
- Item must not have any holes or any type of damage
- We are not responsible if the item gets lost or damaged during transit. Please make sure you have your tracking number when you return the items.
- If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your request as soon as possible
